At Milly Marie, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Free return shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

• Gift returns may be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method.

✉️ How to Start a Return

Email us at info@millymariepima.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

⏳ Refund Processing

Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
