At Milly Marie Pima, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility
- Timeframe: Refunds are available for items returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on intimate apparel, personalized items, or final sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return

- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@millymariepima.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the items and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation email.
- We offer free return shipping on all exchanges.
Refund Processing

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed once we receive the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
